Leedham Sisters, aka Little Women, Live at Me and Mrs Jones in Jelsa
An evening of excellent food and live music in a cosy authentic stone environment was enjoyed by a small group of diners at top waterfront restaurant Me and Mrs Jones on Friday night, as the talented Leedham Sisters, aka Little Women, performed a stunning set in Jelsa.
The sisters, whose family own a holiday home on Hvar, are in town for the half-term break, and also sang at Cafe Splendid on the main square in Jelsa earlier in the day. They were a familiar sight in the old towns of Jelsa and Stari Grad this summer, as they busked on the street, as well as concerts in Stari Mlin restaurant in Stari Grad and Hotel Delphin in Hvar.
The girls will be back in May and again in the summer, and will be more than happy to perform anywhere on the island. Check out the Youtube video below for a sample of last night's performance, and let us know if you would like them to perform at a stage near you next year.
