Ever wondered how the rubbish on the Pakleni Islands is collected? No, nor did I until I had a very pleasant coffee with a lady from Hvar local council last week.

Fresh from their early morning hike to the peak of the island to capture the first sunrise of 2012, the folks at Suncokret managed to capture the first of what will be many memorable sunsets in Hvar this year.

It does not have the best access, but that does not stop hundreds of people clambering down to Dubovica bay each year.  Is this Hvar's prettiest bay?
